Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic Retail Traceability projects involving RFID, Digital Product Passport, and Blockchain technologies.
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs in collaboration with global Retail teams.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications with IT teams and external partners.
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and performance monitoring of new solutions.
  • Understand and coordinate information system flows and interconnections.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, RFID suppliers, integrators, and data teams.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and committees with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, even to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of Blockchain and complex IT ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in RFID & NFC solutions.
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a complex ecosystem. Attention to detail and creativity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with luxury industry standards.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, with at least 5-7 years in a relevant role such as Business Analyst or Project Manager.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
