Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Omnichannel OMS (Order Management System) team within Enterprise Solutions on digital and retail projects.
- Participate in Agile sprints to implement enhancements on the KBRW OMS for B2C and B2B order sourcing, processing and fulfilment.
- Acquire operational knowledge of the KBRW OMS—from order capture through shipment and delivery—and assist in daily usage and troubleshooting.
- Analyse business processes and map information systems contributing to order sourcing strategies in line with supply chain rules and inventory availability.
- Conceive and author user stories; validate implementations for data exchanges between the OMS and other systems using APIs and ETL workflows.
- Contribute to rollout activities across regions: configuration, testing, anomaly tracking and activation follow-up.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent university programme, ideally specialised in information systems or computer science.
- Foundational knowledge of software development principles and eagerness to work on high‑volume order management applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with project coordination and stakeholder interaction.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).

Experience
Beginner level; suitable for students with academic project experience or prior internships in IT, e‑commerce or systems teams. Previous exposure to enterprise applications or order management is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in an engineering programme or equivalent university degree, preferably with a specialization in information systems or computer science.
