Louis Vuitton seeks a Prototyping Assistant intern at its Ducey workshop (September 2026); support new product development and sample coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in prototyping schedule planning and coordination
- Monitor sample and raw material flows, including reception and shipment logistics
- Prepare internal presentations using PLM-generated data
- Manage prototype billing to style coordinators through PLM tools, including creation, tracking, and follow-up
- Process purchase orders for departmental requirements
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +2 or +3 level education (BTS, BUT, Licence) in management, coordination, or business support
- Organized, rigorous approach to project management and communication
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience with PLM and/or SAP systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with leather goods or luxury sector (advantageous)
- English proficiency (preferred)

Experience
Entry-level; no prior work experience required. Candidates should be currently enrolled in or have recently completed a business support, coordination, or management programme at post-secondary level.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 or Bac+3) in management, coordination, business administration, or related field (BTS, BUT, Licence programme).

This position is based in Ducey, Normandy, France, within easy reach of Paris.
