Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the modelmaking (maquettage) team in launching prototypes and audit compliance with internal product and quality standards.
  • Act as logistical back‑up for materials tracking and shipment of finished samples.
  • Coordinate prototype dispatches to ensure all deliverables accompany samples and that appropriate alerts are raised (quality, feasibility, time‑to‑market, margin, material loss).
  • Monitor and help implement site routines such as the collection planning process in collaboration with modelmaking leads.
  • Work closely with Industrialisation Project Managers to ensure presence of required deliverables for industrialisation across multidisciplinary teams (costing, materials, modelmaking, quality).
  • Identify early project risks, quantify deviations from targets, propose corrective actions and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Formalise, document and update process flows to support integration of new procedures and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or university in a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in product and leather‑goods development.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, initiative and active listening in cross‑functional interactions.
  • Availability to undertake a full‑time, 6‑month internship based in Saint‑Pourçain‑sur‑Sioule (start August 2026).
