Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and analyse design briefs from Marketing and Design teams and translate aesthetic intent into technical deliverables.
- Organise and coordinate feasibility tests and prototyping activities for new rigid‑goods collections and one‑off pieces.
- Initiate and follow up procurements in collaboration with the Rigid Competency Centre and workshop supply teams.
- Launch, monitor and support model‑making and mock‑up fabrication within the Asnières production atelier.
- Ensure completion, documentation and timely transmission of prototyping deliverables to upstream teams and industrialisation.
- Support project billing and administrative tracking for prototyping activities.
- Contribute to the conception of unique, high‑value pieces for Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie, providing technical proposals and production follow‑up.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or equivalent higher‑education programme.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI recommended.
- Strong organisational skills, curiosity and adaptability in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Logistics, Quality, Procurement, Planning).
- Commitment to environmental and sustainability objectives in product development.
