Louis Vuitton — Project Purchasing Apprentice (apprenticeship) in Paris. 12‑month alternance starting Aug/Dec 2026 in Materials Purchasing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the procurement management of new materials and components in close collaboration with the Material Developer and design/marketing teams, ensuring specifications, quality and project timelines are met.
- Prepare and lead supplier tenders and negotiations to secure optimal terms covering quality, lead times, volumes, service and costs, integrating CSR requirements.
- Manage contract attributions in coordination with flow managers and market buyers.
- Ensure delivery planning for new materials and drive supplier performance to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain and update operational tracking tools (CCPM, PLM, SAP) to provide accurate project visibility.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme in Business, Engineering or equivalent with a specialization in purchasing/procurement.
- Prior experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities, organisational skills and autonomy; curiosity and initiative within a supported framework.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power Bi is a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.

Early‑career candidate (débutant) currently studying at Master level with some prior exposure to procurement/purchasing; practical experience in an industrial purchasing context is advantageous.
Education
Master’s level student in Business or Engineering with a specialization in purchasing/procurement or equivalent.
