Louis Vuitton seeks a Sampling Project Manager Intern in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, France for a 6-month internship supporting leather goods development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in sample launches and audit adherence to manufacturing standards
- Serve as backup logistics coordinator for materials tracking and finished product shipment
- Monitor implementation of collection planning routines in collaboration with sampling leadership
- Coordinate sample departures to ensure delivery with required documentation and appropriate quality, feasibility, time-to-market, margin, and material waste alerts
- Work with industrialization project managers to verify presence of all required deliverables across multidisciplinary teams (costing, materials, sampling, quality)
- Quantify gaps against targets and propose corrective solutions
- Recommend process improvements and lead change initiatives
- Formalize and maintain updated process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent university program
- Strong product orientation and understanding of leather goods manufacturing
- Demonstrated adaptability and proactive initiative
