Louis Vuitton Issoudun seeks Pattern-Making Project Manager intern (6 months from Jan 2027) to support product development transformation in leather goods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in prototype launches and audit compliance with established standards
  • Manage material tracking and coordinate shipment of finished samples
  • Structure and implement operational routines including collection planning and pre-industrialization workflows
  • Coordinate prototype dispatch with all supporting documentation, quality flags, feasibility assessments, and Time To Market considerations
  • Ensure completeness of industrialization deliverables across multidisciplinary teams including costing, materials, prototyping, and quality functions
  • Quantify variances against targets and propose corrective solutions
  • Identify and champion continuous improvement initiatives and support change management activities
  • Formalize and update process documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school, engineering school, or university
  • Final-year internship status
  • Strong product knowledge and affinity
