Louis Vuitton Issoudun seeks Pattern-Making Project Manager intern (6 months from Jan 2027) to support product development transformation in leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in prototype launches and audit compliance with established standards
- Manage material tracking and coordinate shipment of finished samples
- Structure and implement operational routines including collection planning and pre-industrialization workflows
- Coordinate prototype dispatch with all supporting documentation, quality flags, feasibility assessments, and Time To Market considerations
- Ensure completeness of industrialization deliverables across multidisciplinary teams including costing, materials, prototyping, and quality functions
- Quantify variances against targets and propose corrective solutions
- Identify and champion continuous improvement initiatives and support change management activities
- Formalize and update process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school, engineering school, or university
- Final-year internship status
- Strong product knowledge and affinity
- Demonstrated adaptability and self-initiative
- Active listening skills and collaborative working style
