Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the launch of prototypes and audit adherence to standards within the Prototyping Department.
- Serve as a backup for the logistics coordinator, ensuring material tracking and finished product shipment.
- Monitor the implementation of routines, including the collection plan, in collaboration with prototyping managers.
- Coordinate the dispatch of prototypes, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, feasibility, and market timing standards.
- Collaborate closely with Industrialization Project Managers to identify risks early and ensure the presence of deliverables for industrialization.
- Quantify deviations from targets and propose solutions as part of continuous improvement efforts.
- Suggest improvement areas and lead change initiatives.
- Formalize and update various processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/4) in Business, Engineering, or Design.
- Strong product affinity.
