Role & Responsibilities
- Support the launch, development, and execution of color animation projects, ensuring proper planning and adherence to deadlines while maintaining stylistic expectations and quality standards.
- Assist in coordinating the transfer of permanent products between the Florence atelier and other LV production sites globally, respecting lead times.
- Support the project team in material requests and the launch of dummies for the creation of initial industrial pieces and quality tests, as well as the maintenance, follow-up, and continuous improvement of various files and reports.
- Aid the team in continuous process improvement projects with other departments to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate in the creation of a standard process for managing the transfer of permanent products.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, analysis, and KPI monitoring.
Qualifications
- Degree preferably in technical, economic, or fashion-related fields.
- Experience in similar roles, preferably in product development internships.
- Background in luxury leather goods production and knowledge of relevant raw materials is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in technical, economic, or fashion-related fields preferred.
