Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the launch, development, and execution of color animation projects, ensuring proper planning and adherence to deadlines while maintaining stylistic expectations and quality standards.
  • Assist in coordinating the transfer of permanent products between the Florence atelier and other LV production sites globally, respecting lead times.
  • Support the project team in material requests and the launch of dummies for the creation of initial industrial pieces and quality tests, as well as the maintenance, follow-up, and continuous improvement of various files and reports.
  • Aid the team in continuous process improvement projects with other departments to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate in the creation of a standard process for managing the transfer of permanent products.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, analysis, and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Degree preferably in technical, economic, or fashion-related fields.
  • Experience in similar roles, preferably in product development internships.
  • Background in luxury leather goods production and knowledge of relevant raw materials is preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in French and good command of English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably 3D CAD software. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Team-building abilities and capacity to engage others. Strong process management and resource coordination skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.

Experience

Entry-level experience, ideally through internships in product development.

Education

Bachelor's degree in technical, economic, or fashion-related fields preferred.
