Role & Responsibilities
- Support delivery of application implementation and improvement projects across product development, manufacturing, supply‑chain, e‑commerce, logistics and retail domains.
- Design and produce pedagogical content — user guides, tutorials, presentations and training videos — and maintain the dedicated training space.
- Prepare and present communications and training sessions to promote adoption of IT tools; deliver trainings in English.
- Organise and facilitate user clubs and workshops to collect user needs, monitor feedback and propose enhancements.
- Provide day‑to‑day user support and act as liaison between users, key‑users, vendors and integrators in an international context.
- Assist the Project Manager with project coordination, visibility reporting and continuous improvement of ITIL processes.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university, engineering school or business school with a specialisation in Information Systems / IT.
- Apprenticeship or internship agreement (convention de stage) mandatory.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- Prior practical experience: minimum 6 months’ internship or 1 year in an alternance/apprenticeship.
- Strong organisational and communication skills; curiosity for user experience and change adoption.

Previous practical exposure to IT projects is required: at least a 6‑month internship or one year of alternance/apprenticeship in a related role, ideally with experience in user support, training or application implementation.
Education
