Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery and co-design workshops with multidisciplinary teams (business stakeholders, architects, UI/UX designers) to capture needs and document current-state and target requirements.
- Support the run and operational management of mobile and web applications for sellers and clients, including event-creation workflows and live operations support.
- Define user stories and prioritize the backlog; estimate upcoming development work and coordinate quarterly planning with involved teams.
- Coordinate delivery with development, QA and architecture teams: track progress, execute tests, follow deployments and contribute to incident remediation.
- Manage risk identification, escalate issues, propose mitigation measures and support change management with business users.
- Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation; act as the liaison between IT teams, business departments (Digital, Retail, Data, Supply Chain) and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university, business school or engineering school with a specialization in Information Systems; apprenticeship contract (contrat d’apprentissage) mandatory.
- Availability for an apprenticeship starting September 2026 for a 1- or 2-year period; on-site presence in Paris (2nd arrondissement).
- Operational English required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience or aptitude for workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.

Early-career / student level. Relevant internships or first experiences in IT project support, Agile delivery or product operations are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in university, business school or engineering school with a focus on Information Systems (apprenticeship contract required).
