Role & Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of women’s leather goods projects for press and merchandising, working closely with the Press Leather Goods Project Manager.
  • Prepare and launch press/merchandise kits: draft product launch sheets and create product nomenclatures.
  • Analyze material requirements and place orders for leathers, canvas/textiles and metal fittings.
  • Monitor material supply and follow up on production timelines to ensure quality, cost and delivery objectives are met.
  • Initiate and track VIP/VIC orders and coordinate production of invitation envelopes for the fashion show (studio briefs, material procurement and manufacturing follow-up).
  • Support invoice follow-up and general administrative tasks related to project tracking.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level program (Bac+4/Bac+5) in business school, engineering school or university.
  • Demonstrated interest and sensitivity for product, ideally in leather goods/maroquinerie.
  • Proven organisational skills with strong time management and the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptability and autonomy; proactive and rigorous with a capacity to take initiative.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of PLM systems is a plus.

Experience

Entry-level. Targeted at students currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 programme; prior professional experience is not required but any exposure to product development or leather goods is an advantage.

Enrolment in a Master's-level programme (Bac+4 / Bac+5) — business school, engineering school or university.
