Role & Responsibilities

• Collect and synthesise stakeholder requirements from Marketing, Operations, and Retail teams to inform the specification and development of a centralised Care programme management tool
• Develop functional and visual prototypes to specify tool characteristics, conduct testing, and validate functionality in collaboration with the Data Care team
• Consolidate, organise, and audit existing Care programme documentation, including insights, onboarding materials, and key process information
• Conduct benchmarking analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and best-practice opportunities across global Care service operations
• Support the global rollout of the Shoes Care & Repair initiative by consolidating results, identifying best practices, and serving as liaison for regional stakeholder requests
• Create and refine communication and training materials to facilitate project deployment across international markets

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a business school or engineering programme
• Demonstrated strong interest in the luxury sector and its strategic challenges
• Analytical mindset with excellent synthesis and documentation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities with proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Full professional fluency in both English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous
