Louis Vuitton Internship: Assistant Project Coordinator for Care Services in Paris. Support global luxury retail transformation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and synthesise stakeholder requirements from Marketing, Operations, and Retail teams to inform the specification and development of a centralised Care programme management tool
- Develop functional and visual prototypes to specify tool characteristics, conduct testing, and validate functionality in collaboration with the Data Care team
- Consolidate, organise, and audit existing Care programme documentation, including insights, onboarding materials, and key process information
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and best-practice opportunities across global Care service operations
- Support the global rollout of the Shoes Care & Repair initiative by consolidating results, identifying best practices, and serving as liaison for regional stakeholder requests
- Create and refine communication and training materials to facilitate project deployment across international markets
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a business school or engineering programme
- Demonstrated strong interest in the luxury sector and its strategic challenges
- Analytical mindset with excellent synthesis and documentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities with proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Full professional fluency in both English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous
