Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and animate the DM (Demande de Modification) process across all milestones, mobilising central teams and manufacturing ateliers to ensure seamless handovers and timely execution.
• Ensure ateliers keep DM tracking up to date and communicate DM status to operational and central functions (Quality, Logistics, Finance, Operational Excellence).
• Monitor monthly DM process performance, identify bottlenecks and propose prioritisation and corrective actions to accelerate execution.
• Facilitate and animate RETEX (retour d'expérience) sessions with ateliers and central functions to feed continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support decision‑making on DM effective dates by assessing supplier availability, technical feasibility, actor synchronisation and material impact; ensure visibility of decisions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university or equivalent at Bac+4/Bac+5 level (Master’s level).
• Demonstrated project management mindset with a clear sense of priorities and analytical rigour.
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse internal stakeholders (atelier teams and central functions).
• Curiosity, adaptability and a propensity to propose process improvements and innovative approaches.

Experience

Entry‑level; suitable for students at Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master’s) level. No specific prior professional experience required; internship/apprenticeship context intended for early career candidates.

Education

Enrolment in a recognised business, engineering or university programme at Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master’s level).
