Louis Vuitton — Project Assistant, High Jewellery (Internship) in Paris. 6‑month internship from Sept 2026 supporting project tracking, SAP and PLM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project follow‑up for Prestige collections: distribute CAD (fichiers CAO) files and resin prototypes to internal stakeholders for shoots and internal presentations.
- Prepare agendas and materials for weekly creative (Crea) meetings in coordination with project managers and ateliers.
- Track project milestones across complete collections and maintain detailed schedules for assigned portfolios.
- Enter, verify and update product and order data in dedicated tools to enable monthly order cycles.
- Create and maintain bill of materials (nomenclatures) in SAP and contribute to a generic product database.
- Monitor procurement of stones and coordinate supply follow‑up with ateliers.
- Design and implement performance indicators and reporting dashboards to monitor project health.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and document operational processes; liaise with IT/SI teams to optimize tools (Excel, PLM, SAP, Power BI).
- Provide ad hoc support for internal requests such as running errands, preparing assets for press shoots and presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holding a Master 2 / final‑year Master's or engineering degree, ideally in Supply Chain, Product Development, Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong organisational rigor, proactivity and a structured approach to project tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with ateliers, project managers and IT teams.
- Analytical mindset with capacity to synthesise data and produce clear reporting.
- Genuine interest in jewellery craftsmanship and product development.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Skills
Experience
Entry level — suitable for students in the final year of a Master's (M2) programme or recent graduates. Prior internships in product development, supply chain, merchandising or luxury goods are advantageous but not required.
Education
Master's level (Master 2) or engineering degree in Supply Chain, Product Development, Industrial/General Engineering or equivalent university qualification.
