Louis Vuitton apprenticeship: Project Assistant in Digital Collections Management, Paris. Support heritage asset curation and intellectual property management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reference guidelines for exploitation conditions on key Maison subjects
- Centralize and reference intellectual property rights information and clearance documents within Heritage databases
- Monitor and ensure compliance with asset rights referencing protocols and data standards
- Support intellectual property clearance processes for communication and marketing projects
- Conduct iconographic and audiovisual content research from external institutions, integrating associated rights management
- Respond to asset requests and information inquiries from collaborators for internal and external initiatives
- Participate in milestone meetings with contributing business units and document progress
- Collaborate on establishing reference documentary corpus for Savoir-Faire from existing and new content
- Enrich the digital database with new business-unit contributions
- Participate in data rationalization and cleaning initiatives to ensure quality, normalization, and optimal search functionality
Qualifications
- University-level training in digital documentary management, audiovisual heritage, and intellectual property rights
- Proficiency with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems or heritage management applications
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational capability
- Proactive mindset with strong priority management
- Collaborative team orientation
