Louis Vuitton — Project & Retail Operations Intern (6‑month internship) in Paris 8, starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Projects & Operations team in the end‑to‑end coordination of store openings and client events, from planning through implementation.
- Draft and consolidate project timelines and retroplannings; prepare and follow up meeting materials and minutes for project kick‑offs and checkpoints.
- Monitor project progress, escalate risks, and produce regular status reporting to align stakeholders across store, operations and corporate teams.
- Provide operational support on opening or event days, ensuring on‑site execution meets quality and timing expectations.
- Contribute to Back of House optimisation: produce mapping, reporting and tools to improve in‑store storage and flow.
- Coordinate external service providers (transport, catering, furniture suppliers, real‑estate agencies) to ensure contract execution and delivery schedules.
- Place orders in the internal procurement tool, assist with invoice tracking and support basic budget follow‑up activities.
- Support ad hoc operational tasks as requested by the manager to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1/M2) in project management, logistics, supply chain, business or commerce (required).
- Previous experience or internships within retail and/or luxury environments is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organised, proactive and methodical with strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Beginner level — current Master’s student (M1/M2). Prior internships or experience in retail or luxury environments are desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s degree level (M1/M2) in project management, logistics, supply chain, business or equivalent.
