Louis Vuitton is hiring a Production Team Leader in Vendôme, France to lead leather goods manufacturing teams (CDI, full‑time).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Take charge of a manufacturing sector (soft or rigid products) and execute production plans as delegated by the Production Manager.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 25–30 maroquiniers, aligning them on quality, quantity and delivery objectives while maintaining cohesion and a positive workplace climate.
  • Contribute to the industrialization and development of new products, offering pragmatic solutions that uphold the maison’s standards of excellence.
  • Develop team polyvalence to increase operational flexibility and responsiveness to fluctuating production needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality and production processes.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (generalist) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production team management role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable orientation to results, performance improvement and operational rigour.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to coach and develop technicians.

Experience
