Role & Responsibilities
- Autonomously manage a production team, establishing clear frameworks, performance expectations, and providing meaningful direction to all team members both collectively and individually
- Report on all personnel and behavioral issues across production lines, identify solutions, and conduct individual performance reviews with coaching and corrective feedback as needed
- Manage administrative functions related to team operations, including absence tracking, overtime management, and scheduling
- Conduct daily floor walks to organize and plan daily production programs, review previous-day results and work-in-progress inventory
- Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining quality standards, output volumes, and delivery deadlines; implement temporary adjustments as necessary to maintain production continuity and safety
- Define daily charge and capacity for S+1 planning, allocate human resources according to priorities, constraints, and short- to medium-term product evolution
- In collaboration with methods teams, identify and implement continuous improvement actions within processes, organization, and line operations; monitor action plans
- Deploy operational standards across the facility; initiate and participate in relevant improvement projects
- Lead daily performance briefings with team relay, methods staff, and craftspeople to share key performance indicators (quantity, quality, safety, team engagement) and make real-time adjustments
- Attend production meetings with the manufacturing director to escalate alerts, significant issues, operational challenges, and previous-day performance metrics
- Produce and transmit a three-week production forecast to logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of production management or team leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage production teams autonomously with strong operational discipline
- Experience managing production performance across quality, quantity, safety, and personnel metrics
- Demonstrated skills in process improvement and continuous optimization
- Strong administrative and scheduling capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments (methods, logistics, manufacturing)

Minimum 3 years of experience in production management, team leadership, or manufacturing supervision, preferably within luxury goods production environments.
