Louis Vuitton in Irving, TX seeks a Production Supervisor, Client Care Services to lead the repair workshop team and ensure quality and throughput.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of artisans to meet daily production schedules and quality standards; conduct briefs, performance reviews and individual development plans.
- Manage workshop daily operations including staff allocation, capacity planning, materials procurement and equipment maintenance to ensure service rate targets.
- Ensure repair quality by enforcing LV repair specifications, partnering with Central Technical teams to validate standard times and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Monitor KPIs (service rate, turnaround time, first-inspection quality, store return rate) and deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
- Design and implement optimal workshop layout and production flows; identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, VSM).
- Coordinate rush repairs with Customer Service to meet same-day or 48-hour shipment commitments and manage warranty repair processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a repair, production or workshop environment; 2–5 years preferred.
- Experience with leather and canvas sewing/repair strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to train, motivate and develop workshop artisans and manage performance.
- Demonstrated competence in workplace safety, machine maintenance coordination and materials management.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience supervising production or repair teams, ideally within luxury goods, footwear or leather workshops. Proven track record driving throughput and first-pass quality while implementing lean improvements.
