Louis Vuitton Production Supervisor position in Girona, Spain. Lead a leather goods production team with competitive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of leather goods craftspeople, ensuring cross-functional competency growth and operational excellence
- Supervise production processes across assigned sections, monitoring workflow efficiency and adherence to protocols
- Coordinate with Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement departments to implement corrective actions and safeguard production integrity
- Track production KPIs and production plan compliance, identifying variances and implementing targeted interventions
- Propose and execute improvement initiatives to optimize production output and meet sectional performance targets
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality criteria across all production operations
- Participate in commissioning of new production lines and support process scaling initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or equivalent engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience in industrial manufacturing settings
- Proficiency in French and/or English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership within industrial production environments, with demonstrated success managing diverse teams and driving operational performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related engineering discipline.
