Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of leather goods operators, ensuring polyvalence across tasks and competencies.
- Supervise the end-to-end production process of the assigned section and ensure adherence to daily production plans.
- Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement and other cross-functional teams to implement actions that secure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production KPIs and report on plan compliance, productivity and throughput.
- Propose and implement improvement actions to achieve line targets and increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality criteria across the section.
- Participate in the setup and ramp-up of new production lines.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience supervising teams in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organisation or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in French and/or English; ability to communicate operational directions and reports in at least one of these languages.
- Demonstrable knowledge of production KPIs, quality standards and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement at line level.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of people-management experience in industrial or manufacturing settings; prior exposure to leather goods or luxury goods production is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organisation or a related engineering discipline.
