Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop leathercraft team members, ensuring multidisciplinary competency and capability progression
- Supervise production processes and oversee daily operations within the section
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless production execution
- Monitor and track production KPIs and adherence to production schedules
- Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout all operations
- Participate in the setup and deployment of new production lines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience in industrial environments
