Louis Vuitton in Barberà del Vallès seeks a Production Supervisor to lead leather‑goods atelier teams and ensure production, quality and safety targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of marroquineros, ensuring multi‑skilling and operational flexibility across the section.
- Supervise daily production activities within the section to meet quality, safety and output targets.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance and other departments to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production KPIs and ensure adherence to the production plan; escalate and address deviations proactively.
- Identify, propose and implement process and productivity improvements to achieve line objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards at all stages of the manufacturing process.
- Participate in the setup and ramp‑up of new production lines, including training and initial qualification of operators.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of proven experience managing teams in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization or a related engineering discipline.
- Working knowledge of English and/or French (spoken) to communicate with cross‑functional teams.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting; experience in leather goods or luxury goods production is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization or a closely related engineering discipline.
