Louis Vuitton internship: Production Scheduling & Planning, Ducey. 6-month role starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct launch meetings with the procurement department to validate short-term production schedules and address logistical constraints
- Participate in the initiation of manufacturing orders and track their execution through key performance indicators including production hours, reliability, and inventory levels
- Facilitate daily coordination meetings with supply chain stakeholders within the workshop to ensure alignment and identify potential bottlenecks
- Propose and implement corrective actions to improve operational metrics and production efficiency
- Support the team in optimizing and advancing digital and analytical tools
- Standardize and document manufacturing and planning processes to enhance reproducibility and knowledge transfer
- Actively contribute to change management initiatives and process improvement projects
- Manage supply planning activities for designated new projects and specialized manufacturing initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/5 degree in industrial production management, supply chain management, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning system
- Demonstrated organizational rigor and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to generate actionable solutions and recommendations
- Familiarity with or enthusiasm for manufacturing and workshop environments

Entry-level; candidates should be pursuing advanced studies in production management or supply chain disciplines with foundational understanding of manufacturing operations.
Education
Bac+4/5 specialization in industrial production management, supply chain management, or equivalent manufacturing-focused discipline.
