Louis Vuitton Internship: Production Scheduling & Planning, Ducey – 6-month paid placement in Normandy, beginning September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct launch meetings with the procurement department to validate short-term production schedules according to operational constraints
- Participate in manufacturing order releases and oversee their execution
- Monitor production metrics including labor hours, reliability, and inventory levels through performance indicators and on-site presence
- Facilitate daily coordination meetings with supply chain stakeholders across the workshop
- Propose and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance indicators
- Support team efforts in refining operational tools and systems
- Optimize and document production processes
- Actively participate in change management initiatives for implemented projects
- Manage procurement activities for new specialized projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/5 degree (Master's level) in industrial production management or supply chain
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning system
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a workshop-based industrial setting

Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Orientation toward industrial environments and practical field experience preferred.
Education
Bac+4/5 degree (Master's level) specializing in industrial production management or supply chain management
