Role & Responsibilities
- Write detailed manufacturing specifications and work instructions for production stations
- Consolidate technical files and documentation for component parts
- Address production-identified issues through continuous improvement and reliability analysis
- Prepare and maintain product nomenclatures and bill of materials
- Support senior quality assurance specialist in new product development and modification requests
Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a Bac+2 (equivalent to two-year post-secondary) diploma in industrialization or production engineering
- Strong interest in luxury leather goods and artisanal craftsmanship
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across teams
- Organized, autonomous, rigorous, and responsive work style

Experience
Entry-level or early-career applicants with foundational knowledge of production processes or industrial environments are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or hands-on workshop experience is a plus but not required.
Education
Bac+2 (or equivalent) diploma in progress or completed in industrialization, production engineering, or related technical field.
