Role & Responsibilities
- Lead kickoff meetings with the procurement team to confirm short-term production schedules and align on constraints.
- Support the launch of production orders and follow their execution through shop-floor presence.
- Monitor and report key production indicators (production hours, reliability, inventory) and run daily coordination meetings with logistics and workshop stakeholders.
- Propose and implement corrective actions to improve operational KPIs.
- Support the team in improving planning tools and optimise and document processes.
- Actively participate in change-management activities for new projects and manage procurement for specific new-project requirements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or preparing for a Bac+4/5 (Master-level) program in industrial production management, supply chain, logistics or an equivalent discipline.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Rigorous, well organized and able to work collaboratively across functional teams.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to propose practical improvements; comfortable with shop-floor engagement.

Experience
Suitable for entry-level candidates or students beginning their professional experience; prior internships or academic projects in production planning or supply chain are an advantage but not required.
Education
Pursuing a Bac+4/5 (Master-level) degree in Industrial Production Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
