Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and animate kick-off meetings with the procurement team to validate short-term production schedules against operational constraints.
- Initiate and follow up on production orders, ensuring timely launch and accurate documentation.
- Monitor order execution using production KPIs (production hours, reliability, inventory levels) and maintain a regular on‑shopfloor presence.
- Run daily coordination meetings with logistics and workshop stakeholders to resolve issues and align priorities.
- Propose, implement and track corrective actions to improve performance indicators.
- Support the team in the enhancement and digitalisation of planning tools.
- Document and optimise operational processes and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to change management activities for projects and manage procurement needs for specific new projects.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme in industrial production management, supply chain, manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Demonstrated rigour, organisational skills and a collaborative interpersonal style.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to propose improvements.
- Appreciation for hands‑on, shopfloor environments.

Experience
Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates preparing a Bac+4/5 in production management or supply chain. No prior professional experience required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme in industrial production management, supply chain, manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Ducey, Normandy, France, with easy access to Rennes.
