Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Planning & Scheduling Manager in operating the production plan (PDP) for one or more manufacturing lines.
- Monitor production from the launch of manufacturing orders through to shipment of finished goods, ensuring delivery commitments are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders — suppliers, warehouse teams, methods engineers, team leaders and artisans — to resolve daily production issues.
- Prepare and prioritise products required for events and manage progress of new collections.
- Investigate and identify root causes of cancelled or delayed manufacturing orders and drive corrective actions.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects to increase delivery reliability and operational performance.
- Facilitate cross-functional improvements such as refining coordination routines between production, logistics, quality and supply teams and streamlining the shipping/quality-validation process.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student in an engineering school or business school with a specialisation in logistics or industrial supply chain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen and explain clearly to diverse teams.
- Autonomy, rigor, strong analytical capability and capacity for synthesis.
- Experience or interest in project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Comfortable using information systems (SAP) and advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Early-career / beginner level: suitable for a student seeking an apprenticeship in production planning or supply chain. Demonstrated analytical thinking, organisational skills and first exposure to project work or improvement initiatives are required.
