Louis Vuitton seeks Production Planner/Scheduler in Meyrin, Geneva. Plan high-horology workshop production and optimize delivery commitments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan workshop production across a 12–18 month horizon
- Establish and monitor workshop capacity-load analysis
- Schedule and programme short-term production (3-month horizon)
- Issue and track production orders with delivery dates
- Maintain production and delivery commitments through close coordination with production teams
- Communicate delivery dates to relevant stakeholders
- Anticipate and alert to production disruptions; evaluate consequences and implement solutions; adjust production schedules accordingly
- Conduct workshop TOP (Total Operational Performance) reviews and provide production tracking reports
- Deliver post-production reporting and communicate production metrics, service rates, and delivery performance
- Serve as strategic business partner to production entities
- Propose and lead continuous improvement projects
- Prepare and participate in coordination routines across interdependent workshop teams
- Contribute to the manufacture's ongoing industrial transformation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling or planning
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrated initiative and results-driven mindset
- Strong partnership and communication skills across functions
- Experience in watchmaking or artisanal manufacturing is advantageous but not required

Experience
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in production scheduling, planning, or related supply chain roles. Prior experience in watchmaking or artisanal trades is a plus but not mandatory.
