Louis Vuitton – 6-month internship in production methods and continuous improvement engineering at Asnières-sur-Seine workshops, beginning July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodology to optimize production processes and workflows
- Define production processes, establish standard operating procedures, and create workstation documentation
- Assess production equipment and tooling requirements; design and implement manufacturing lines within budget and timeline constraints
- Initiate and manage improvement initiatives focused on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity while measuring return on investment
- Collaborate daily with production team leaders and artisans within assigned operational sectors
- Contribute to reducing manufacturing costs of high-value-added products through process optimization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent program (Master's level/BAC +5)
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and agility in problem-solving
- Commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Current studies in engineering or business discipline expected.
Education
Currently pursuing or possessing a Master's degree (BAC +5) in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Asnières-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
