Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team of supervisors and artisans in the repair of Louis Vuitton handbags and leather goods.
  • Ensure the production team receives effective training and workforce development to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and review staff performance, organizing necessary interventions for improvement.
  • Develop the supervisory team for individual growth and professional development.
  • Maintain a culture prioritizing safety and quality through communication and accountability.
  • Contribute to the department’s succession plan by identifying and developing top performers.
  • Develop, initiate, and enforce system policies and procedures.
  • Manage departmental performance through visual monitoring and KPIs, providing regular reports to the Client Care Services Director.
  • Determine necessary resources to support department goals.
  • Review work instructions and recommend changes to improve processes.
  • Provide weekly and monthly KPIs to the team and management, proposing actions to meet goals.
  • Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments.
  • Develop effective relationships within the matrix organization, including corporate, retail, and international counterparts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.
  • Fluency in English and bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.

Skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse workforce. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Open-mindedness and receptivity to change while supporting company goals. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations. High level of proficiency in Excel and other Windows software.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within a similar industry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent management experience.
