Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a production organisation comprising six supervisors and 60+ skilled artisans to consistently deliver high-quality repairs for Louis Vuitton leather goods.
- Define, monitor and drive departmental KPIs and visual management systems; report performance and improvement plans to the Client Care Services Director.
- Design and deploy training, workforce development and succession programmes for supervisors and artisans to ensure capability and career progression.
- Allocate resources (workforce, materials, equipment) and optimise production scheduling to meet productivity and turnaround targets for US, Canada and Mexico repairs.
- Develop, implement and enforce operational policies, work instructions and health & safety procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Diagnose process inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement initiatives, benchmarking global repair centres to adopt best practices.
- Foster effective cross‑functional collaboration with corporate, retail, LVUS Manufacturing and Client Care counterparts domestically and internationally.
- Champion a client‑centric culture across the workshop, ensuring each repair meets Louis Vuitton’s brand expectations for quality and service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience with responsibility for a production or workshop team; experience in luxury leather goods or precision repair services preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent management experience.
- Proven leadership ability to engage a diverse workforce, drive results, and develop supervisors.
- Demonstrable experience with KPI-driven performance management, workforce planning and succession development.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Windows-based business software.
- Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and structured decision‑making skills with working knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations.

Experience
At least five years of supervisory or managerial experience overseeing production, workshop operations or repair services; previous exposure to luxury leather goods manufacturing or after‑sales repair operations strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent management experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
