Louis Vuitton Production Intern, Issoudun. Six-month internship in manufacturing performance analysis and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze current performance metrics across production lines
- Conduct field observations and map performance loss factors to identify gaps between theoretical potential and actual output
- Define and establish appropriate operational performance indicators
- Facilitate and coordinate working groups with production teams
- Support implementation and monitoring of action plans developed to close performance gaps
- Present regular progress updates and findings to management
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High capacity for adaptation and agility in dynamic environments
- Demonstrated curiosity and analytical mindset
- Genuine interest in production environments and artisanal craftsmanship
- Fluency in French and English

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge relevant to their academic discipline.

Master's degree (Bac +5) in business administration, engineering, or equivalent field currently in progress or recently completed.
