Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse daily production KPIs and propose actionable improvements to enhance operational metrics
- Participate in routine operations and improvement initiatives within assigned production sectors
- Support team leaders in implementing new production standards and methodologies
- Maintain and update production dashboards, analysing collected data to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure continuous updates to operational standards and best practices
- Lead improvement projects targeting productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomic optimisations of workstations
- Guarantee adherence to manufacturing timeframes and production schedules
- Contribute to new product industrialisation within a cross-functional team environment
- Participate in transversal optimisation projects across the workshop
- Develop and implement lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, agile production lines) and advocate for continuous improvement culture
- Benchmark performance and practices against other Louis Vuitton facilities to resolve operational challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent university discipline
- Preferred: Initial professional experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments (internship, apprenticeship, or research project)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and VBA
- Strong autonomous working capability and initiative-taking mindset
- Pragmatic and creative problem-solving approach adapted to field operations

Entry-level to junior: preferred initial professional experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations, though fresh graduates with strong academic preparation are considered. Practical exposure to production environments, improvement methodologies, or manufacturing engineering projects is advantageous.
