Louis Vuitton — Marsaz, France: Production Data Administrator (apprenticeship), 6‑month placement starting Sept 2026 supporting the Master Data team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Master Data team by entering, validating and correcting production data to ensure accuracy and reliability of site records.
- Perform routine data quality checks and reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Contribute to the implementation and integration of site data processes in close collaboration with operational teams.
- Document and update internal procedures, formalise process flows and support the change request workflow for data updates.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline data management and enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate data issues to stakeholders and assist in escalating critical problems to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a vocational programme or degree in production management, data management, industrial engineering, supply chain or a related discipline.
- Comfortable with information systems and digital tools; able to work confidently with structured technical data.
- High degree of rigor, attention to detail and a strong sense of service.
- Curiosity, initiative and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement in a workshop environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional operational teams.
