Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of production orders from confirmation through delivery to the logistics warehouse.
  • Coordinate and animate a panel of manufacturers: maintain supplier relationships, assess performance and drive improvements.
  • Monitor production planning and delivery schedules to ensure on‑time receipt at the warehouse.
  • Analyze production capacities against sales forecasts and customer orders to anticipate needs and adapt plans.
  • Control commitments and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
  • Train manufacturers on management tools (Supplier Portail, Nice Label) and ensure user adoption.
  • Deploy and maintain operational dashboards and planning tools (Supplier Portail, Planite, PowerBI) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal logistical and financial procedures.
  • Contribute to the rollout of the department's strategic initiatives and lead projects to optimize flows, diversify suppliers and enhance security of supply.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering, business or supply‑chain programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) or equivalent — eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic, autonomous, rigorous and adaptable.
  • Strong analytical abilities with capacity for synthesis and attentive listening.
  • Project management aptitude: proactive planning, strong organisation and collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, PLM and data‑visualisation tools (PowerBI).
