Louis Vuitton in Beaulieu‑sur‑Layon seeks a Production Coordinator (apprenticeship). 12‑month alternance starting Sep 2026 supporting atelier production and quality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support production manager and team leaders in day-to-day workshop operations and team animation.
- Conduct line audits and ensure adherence to production standards and procedures.
- Monitor, consolidate and report workshop quality indicators; participate in quality routines and corrective actions.
- Contribute to performance improvement projects using standard shop-floor methodologies (observations, time studies, kaizen-style initiatives).
- Develop and improve production monitoring tools and dashboards; work on their automation and data reliability.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and deliver operational insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Bac+4/5-level qualification in industrial production, industrial systems, continuous improvement or quality management.
- Strong analytical capability, rigour and autonomy; able to synthesise operational data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders (team leaders, production management).
- Proactive, curious and innovative mindset with a commitment to environmental and sustainability objectives.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement and problem-solving tools; proficiency with Excel, PowerBi and SAP.

Entry-level — suitable for candidates at the beginning of their professional career; no prior professional experience required beyond academic projects or internships.
Education
Master's-level studies (Bac+4/5) in Industrial Engineering, Production Systems, Continuous Improvement, Quality Management or equivalent.
