Role & Responsibilities
- Assist team leaders (chefs d'équipe) in daily production activities and line management.
- Conduct production-line audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Monitor and report the Atelier’s quality indicators and participate in quality routines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects using standard tools (field observations, time studies).
- Collaborate with team leaders to enhance and automate production-control tools and dashboards.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and produce data-driven reports on request.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program (master-level) in industrial production, industrial systems, continuous improvement or quality.
- Strong analytical capabilities, rigor and autonomy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Curiosity, proactivity and a demonstrable interest in operational excellence and sustainability.
