Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality luxury handbags and small leather goods in a safe and compliant manner
- Achieve performance objectives including safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while maintaining a clean and organized work area and workshop
- Develop specialized skills across various production departments such as assembly, preparation, and cutting as an agile team member
- Identify improvement opportunities and actively participate in continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on the development of new products
- Maintain punctuality and organizational discipline with assigned work schedules
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs
