Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality luxury handbags and small leather goods in a safe manner
- Achieve performance objectives such as safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Develop cross-functional skills across various production departments including assembly, preparation, and cutting
- Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with multiple departments on the development of new products
- Maintain punctuality and organization with work schedules
- Operate equipment and manual tools with proficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish with the ability to read and write in either language
- Ability to operate and use equipment and manual tools
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to grasp and manipulate objects
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Team-oriented mindset suited to collaborative environments
