Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production KPIs, update dashboards and analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support and accompany team leaders in implementing and maintaining production standards and routines.
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects on the shop floor to enhance productivity, quality, safety and ergonomics.
- Contribute to the industrialisation of new products within a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to manufacturing lead times.
- Develop and deploy methods and tools (agile production lines, 5S, Kaizen) and benchmark practices across other ateliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's +4/+5 (Engineering school or university) in industrial engineering, production management, continuous improvement or equivalent.
- Prior practical experience in manufacturing or production (internship, apprenticeship or academic project) preferred.
- Proven autonomy, initiative and ability to propose pragmatic, creative solutions on the shop floor.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VBA.

Entry-level candidate; a first exposure to production or industrial environments is desirable (internship, apprenticeship or academic project).
Education
Bac+4/5 level (Engineering school or University) in industrial engineering, production management, continuous improvement or related discipline.
