Louis Vuitton — Production & Continuous Improvement Engineer (Intern) in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production KPIs, analyse performance data and propose targeted actions to improve productivity and quality.
- Participate in operational routines and continuous improvement workshops (kaizen), and support implementation of new standards on the shop floor.
- Update and maintain production dashboards and performance reporting tools; extract insights to inform decision‑making.
- Lead and deliver on-site improvement projects to optimise productivity, safety and ergonomics; act as guarantor of manufacturing takt times.
- Contribute to industrialisation of new products within a cross‑functional team and benchmark best practices across other ateliers.
- Develop and deploy methods and tools (5S, lignes agiles, lean practices) and support team adoption of standardised processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or engineering diploma in industrial engineering, production management, continuous improvement or related field.
- First professional experience in a production environment (internship, apprenticeship or academic project) is preferred.
- Autonomous, proactive and pragmatic with an aptitude for practical problem solving and team collaboration.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; VBA skills expected for automation and reporting tasks.

Entry‑level: suitable for recent graduates. A prior production‑oriented internship, apprenticeship or study project in industry is ideal.
Education
