Louis Vuitton Product Merchandising Assistant internship in Paris; six months, January–July 2027, hybrid work arrangement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support collection development in partnership with Product Managers, including tracking and updating collection plans, creating price and functionality mappings, and managing duplication coordination with design and manufacturing teams
  • Assist in launching collections and validating industrial specifications
  • Develop sales support materials including product briefs, visuals, and newsletters for retail distribution
  • Prepare for and participate in buying sessions
  • Conduct weekly competitive intelligence tracking and maintain pricing and product offer mappings
  • Execute ad hoc competitive and trend analysis studies
  • Monitor products in collaboration with Press and Advertising teams, coordinating product shipments, loans, and press day schedules

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in business school, fashion school, or equivalent university programme
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to fashion and luxury market dynamics
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
