Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision for the order and checkout domain, aligned with corporate strategy and luxury customer expectations
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery activities including user research, journey mapping, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity identification
  • Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on value assessment: business impact, customer experience, and technical debt
  • Establish and monitor product and business KPIs; drive data-informed decision-making through analytics platforms (GA4, Contentsquare) and A/B testing (AB Tasty)
  • Identify, scope, and pilot AI and Machine Learning use cases (personalization, automation, conversational agents, predictive analytics) across the order domain
  • Lead strategic product reviews with executive leadership and stakeholder alignment workshops
  • Champion product management best practices, drive organizational maturity in agile methodologies, and promote adoption of emerging tools and technologies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience encompassing both discovery and delivery phases
  • Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce or digital customer journey optimization, with knowledge of multiple functional domains (order management, payment processing, customer accounts, CRM)
  • Proficiency in agile frameworks (SAFe) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms)
  • Strong track record in stakeholder management, influence-based leadership, and orchestration of complex multi-functional projects
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI applications, with demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experimentation
  • Data literacy including mastery of analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare) and experimental methodologies (A/B testing frameworks)
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
  • Sensitivity to luxury market dynamics and alignment with values of excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creative thinking
