Role & Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision for the order and purchasing domain, aligned with business strategy and target customer experience
- Construct and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact, customer experience, technical debt, and strategic opportunities
- Conduct discovery research including user studies, journey mapping, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity identification
- Identify and pilot AI/machine learning use cases (personalization, automation, conversational agents, predictive analytics) in collaboration with data and technology teams
- Monitor and drive performance through clearly defined product KPIs and business metrics
- Champion a data-driven decision culture through funnel analysis, A/B testing, impact measurement, and advanced analytics tools
- Lead product strategy reviews and roadmap presentations with executive leadership
- Actively contribute to organizational product transformation through best practice dissemination, team capability development, and adoption of modern tooling
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of product management experience covering both discovery and delivery phases
- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce or digital customer journey optimization; exposure to multiple functional domains (order, payment, customer account, CRM) highly valued
- Proficiency with agile methodologies (SAFe) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms)
- Proven leadership and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to structure, prioritize, and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong data literacy with hands-on experience in analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare) and experimentation platforms (AB Tasty)
- Recognized curiosity and substantive understanding of machine learning and generative AI capabilities, with genuine interest in experimentation
- Fluency in both French and English, written and oral
- Sensitivity to luxury industry context with demonstrated commitment to excellence, rigor, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving
