Role & Responsibilities
- Develop creative briefs for new fragrance development based on market trends, in-store sales performance, and category-specific objectives
- Guide fragrance mockup concepts and coordinate validation meetings with senior management
- Conduct continuous competitive analysis and develop pricing and assortment recommendations
- Manage the product range development process in alignment with marketing plans, ensuring R&D and manufacturing deadlines are met
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with visual merchandising, communications, and retail to operationalize product launches
- Prepare and present new fragrance concepts to regional showrooms and commercial teams
- Contribute to business plan development with market analysis and sales forecasting
- Create sales enablement tools, product presentations, and educational materials for the distribution network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 years (Grande École de Commerce, Design, Marketing, or equivalent); creative background and master's degree in fashion preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar product management role within the perfume or luxury beauty sector
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams (creative, manufacturing, commercial)
- Deep expertise in fragrance market trends and luxury consumer behaviour
- Strong olfactory and artistic sensibility with demonstrated passion for fragrance
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency, rigorous organizational discipline
- Results-driven, creative, pragmatic, and highly responsive
- Entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy, initiative, and high energy for complex challenges
